Job summary

This on-site role requires adhering to safety rules, handling materials with forklifts when trained, and participating in training and continuous improvement activities. Willingness to work evenings and overtime preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required. Must pass all related testing.
• Minimal relevant experience; six months preferred. Willingness to work with heights and pass breathing equipment tests.

Responsibilities

• Operates manual and automated equipment to assemble product to meet customer specifications.
• Follows standardized work and documents processes.
• Team-based assembly to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and performs routine machine maintenance.
• Performs rework and handles nonconforming materials per procedures.
• Collects and analyzes operating data; uses problem solving to drive improvements.
• Uses material handling equipment; adheres to PPE and safety policies.
• Participates in training and continuous improvement projects.
