Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Six months work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) stop work and immediately report hazards.
• Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard.
• Comply with HSE standards and wear required PPE.
• Correct hazards within your control.
• Recognize environmental impact and minimize negative effects; engage in HSE training.
• Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
• Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming material.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer specs.
• Achieve production goals and adhere to cycle time or engineering standards.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Be flexible and perform other duties to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with peers and support teams to maintain equipment and identify repairs.
• Communicate effectively with the team and support groups.
• Complete training and pursue personal development.
