Cnh-Industria in Springfield, MO seeks a Production Technician I on 2nd shift to assemble engines from kits and ensure OEM specs are met. You will follow work instructions and work with safety and quality teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 49 lbs, and experience or willingness to learn manufacturing processes. Comprehensive benefits and a quarterly bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HiSET (Formerly GED).
• Regular, predictable and reliable attendance.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend SDS, GHS labels, JSA.
• Ability to work with computers and software systems; must wear PPE.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, overhead.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions, submit PCR for incorrect work instructions, contribute to continuous improvement.
• Team player and communicate effectively.
• Use procedures and basic problem-solving techniques to resolve routine problems.
• Complete daily hoist inspection and pallet jack inspection; maintain housekeeping.
• Operate machines such as pallet jacks, dyno, hoist, air tools, Cleco, torque wrenches, gauges.
• Utilize various hand tools.
• Achieve and maintain production goals.
• Take materials from pre-made kits to assemble engines.
• Test engines to meet OEM specifications.
• Deliver finished engines to paint area.
