Primavera Foundation's Casa Paloma Women’s Residence in Tucson seeks a Shelter Operations Specialist for the 2nd shift (5:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.). You will help create a peaceful, safe environment and support residents, volunteers, and staff.

You will supervise volunteers, manage daily shelter operations, assist with orientation, keep logs, and ensure health and safety procedures are followed. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer-focused approach to help participants move
