Job summary

Project Hospitality is seeking a part-time Residential Aide to ensure client safety and provide direct care services at the Staten Island residential site. The role involves supervising families in the shelter, maintaining building safety, and working with case management to meet residents’ needs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and a food handlers license, with strong communication skills and physical ability to perform duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid food handlers license.
• Experience working with homeless populations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must be physically capable of performing essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise families at the shelter and ensure safety.
• Maintain security and conduct unit inspections and documentation.
• Assist residents with ADL skills and housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and serve meals, and maintain kitchen areas.
