Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean environment for clients. The role includes assisting with intakes/discharges, daily sanitation, meal safety, and transporting clients when needed. Requires HS diploma, basic computer skills, and a CA driver's license; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials; benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to send emails and summarize data in spreadsheets.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean DMV record and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
• Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges; keep client bed area clean and ready.
• Perform routine wellness checks and facility walkthroughs to monitor safety and welfare.
• Sanitize and clean kitchen, dining, dorms, and common areas per safety standards.
• Drive clients to appointments and maintain transportation logs; inspect vehicles for safety.
