Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents at our Riverside program. You will assist with client intakes, enforce rules, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role requires de‑escalation, teamwork, and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include meal service, sanitation, housekeeping, and transportation duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills including email and data summaries.
• Valid CA driver's license with clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and bedding prep; enforce site rules.
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety standards.
• Maintain sanitary environment; perform cleaning and disinfecting.
• Transport clients to appointments; maintain transport logs & vehicle checks.
• Meet targets; communicate issues to Site Manager with professionalism.
