Job summary

Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate seeks a friendly, motivated Server to provide outstanding table service in a premium resort setting. You will greet guests, take and ring orders, and deliver food and beverages across elegant dining spaces and golf bays.

Candidates should have hospitality experience, strong communication, and a passion for exceptional guest service in a luxury environment. Training will emphasize brand standards, beverage knowledge, and attentive teamwork with FOH/BOH staff.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with Top Tracer, OpenTable and Symphony.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle fast-paced dining service.
• Problem solving, initiative, and organization are essential.
• Must hold an unexpired tip certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and anticipate needs; respond to inquiries.
• Set up restaurant and golf bays; understand menu and beverage service.
• Ring orders accurately in MICROS; manage guest tabs and payments.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly to tables and bays.
• Maintain glassware, uphold liquor laws, and ensure guest satisfaction.
