Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living in Elk Grove, CA is seeking compassionate team members to deliver personalized resident care, building relationships with residents and ensuring their comfort and safety. You will work closely with a dedicated team to support daily activities and uphold our high care standards.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and housekeeping, utilizing electronic health records, and reporting changes to the Resident Services Director.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience interacting with and relating to seniors.
• Meets licensing and background requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Able to work Tue-Sat 2PM-10PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with mobility, escort and transfers.
• Help with housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Use eHR and care plans to track services.
• Observe safety and report changes to Resident Services Director.
