Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Requires ability to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Good communication and compassionate patient care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety and privacy.
• Read ISP and shift reports at start of shift and complete assigned tasks.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper techniques.
• Support residents in wellness programs and social activities.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents as needed.
