Job summary

The GreenFields Continuing Care Community is seeking a Resident Aide to help residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment in our assisted living community.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant, with a high school diploma or related work experience. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a supportive team focused on resident dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide preferred.
• Two years of work experience preferred, preferably with older adults.
• High School diploma or two years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and dignity.
• Assist with meals, transfers, positioning, and comfort.
• Maintain clean, organized living areas and document care as directed.
• Support participation in activities and encourage well-being.
