The GreenFields Continuing Care Community is seeking a Resident Service Aide to support residents in daily living activities within our assisted living community. Ideal candidates will have experience as an HHA or PCA and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care while preserving dignity and independence.

Competenze

• Experience as an HHA or PCA is preferred.
• Two years of work experience preferred, especially with older adults.
• High School diploma or two years related work experience required.

Mansioni

• Willingly accepts resident assignments, and follows care plans.
• Performs personal care such as bathing, grooming, and assisting with transfers.
• Assists residents at meals, including feeding and monitoring intake.
• Prepares residents for tests or physician visits as directed.
• Encourages participation in activities and maintains a safe environment.
• Keeps rooms tidy and helps with bed making and linen changes.
