Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stay active throughout the shift.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification, or willingness to complete training after hire.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous senior living, long‑term care, healthcare, or caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers and other activities of daily living.
• Follow individualized resident care and support plans.
• Encourage independence, choice, and social engagement.
• Advocate for resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate team member.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain respectful communication with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Support household needs including light cleaning, laundry, and meal‑related tasks.
• Work closely with nurses, Med Techs, and community leadership to provide consistent care.
