The GreenFields is looking for a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and meal assistance. You will follow care plans and work under the supervision of RNs/LPNs to promote comfort and safety in a home-like facility.

Responsibilities include documenting care, assisting with tests and therapies, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating changes in residents’ condition to the nursing staff.

Qualificações

Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required or in progress.
High school diploma is desirable but not required.

Responsabilidades

Provide baths, oral hygiene, transfers and ambulation assistance.
Observe residents and report changes to the nurse in charge.
Assist with meals, feeding and nourishment as indicated.
Prepare residents for tests and activities, support restorative care.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the resident area and equipment.
