Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Security Supervisor to supervise the security team on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will coordinate service delivery and act as liaison between the site supervisor and account management teams.

The role includes coaching, recognition, and enforcing policy within empowerment guidelines. The position requires at least 1 year of security experience and 21 years of age, with starting pay of 26.75 USD per hour and a Saturday-Tuesday 3pm-11pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Must be able to read and understand procedures and instructions.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs with neat handwriting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
