Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Security Supervisor to oversee the 2nd shift of the security team in Wisconsin. You will manage on-duty officers, enforce safety protocols, and lead incident response during peak evening hours.

Must hold a Wisconsin Security License and have an active driver's license with a clean driving record. The role requires 2nd shift coverage from 1500 to 2300 and a background in security or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of progressive security experience with supervisory exposure
• Proficiency with CCTV monitoring, access control, incident logging software, and MS Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the 2nd shift security team, post assignments, patrol routes, and breaks
• Lead shift briefings to review watchlists, visitor logs, events, and handovers
• Conduct field inspections to ensure SOP compliance and officer readiness
• Review logs, registries, and incident reports; act as incident commander for breaches or emergencies
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire, and EMS as needed
• Oversee visitor management, contractor access, and after-hours lock-down procedures
