Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Wisconsin Guard License and valid driver’s license required.
• 3+ years of security experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, incident logging software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the 2nd shift security guard force, including post assignments and patrols.
• Conduct shift briefings to review watchlists, logs, events, and handovers.
• Perform field inspections to ensure SOP compliance and proper uniforming.
• Review and approve daily activity logs, visitor registries, and incident reports.
• Serve as primary incident commander for breaches, medical emergencies, or alarms.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Oversee visitor management, badging, and vehicle inspection checkpoints.
