Qualifications

• 1+ years of Security, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Law Enforcement or military background preferred.
• Must possess a valid Texas Level II Security License.
• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be certified in First Aid, CPR, and Blood-borne Pathogens, OR willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Protect employees, guests, products and Mattel's brands by enforcing security policies.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and guard tour systems to ensure safety and security.
• Complete incident documentation and communications using Microsoft Office.
• Perform security patrols on foot, in a vehicle, and digitally.
• Ensure parking lot safety and conduct accident investigations.
