Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor/Leader for the Texas SW Distribution Center. The role acts as security point of contact, supports officers on shift, completes tasks, and handles incident reporting under site supervision.

The position requires leading a team, enforcing security best practices, and maintaining CCTV, access control and alarms. Weekend/overtime and physical duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ in security or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid security license (where required).
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Blood-borne Pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Enforce security best practices and protect property, assets and people.
• Coordinate Security Officers on shift and report incidents.
• Maintain access control, CCTV, guard tours and alarm systems.
• Provide training and coaching to security staff.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Facilities during incidents.
• Overtime may be required on short notice.
