Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Security Officer for its Fort Worth Distribution Center. This on-site role requires weekend work and a schedule of Saturday to Wednesday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with Thursdays and Fridays off.

You will protect people and assets, enforce security policies, and handle incident documentation using MS Office and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate has a Texas Level II Security License, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have Texas Level II Security License.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Protect people, assets, and Mattel’s reputation while delivering customer service.
• Enforce Global Security policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Complete security duties and SOP tasks under supervision of leaders.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and guard tour systems; report issues.
• Conduct patrols and respond calmly to incidents or emergencies.
