Mattel, Inc. in San Bernardino is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure workplace at the distribution center. The role involves protecting Mattel assets, performing daily security duties, and supporting warehouse operations on Saturday to Wednesday shifts.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; CPR certification is preferred. You will engage with employees, vendors, and visitors, and participate in safety inspections and incident

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security officer experience in corporate or warehouse settings.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Enforce security best practices and CT PAT recommendations.
• Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Protect the Distribution Center from theft, vandalism, fire, and unauthorized access.
• Enter data for inbound/outbound tractor trailers.
• Screen entrants at employee entrances for authorized access.
• Report incidents to Shift/Site Supervisors for documentation.
• Operate Mattel fleet vehicles or golf carts within facilities.
• Provide high level customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Perform routine inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Learn and perform all duties of the security officer.
