Job summary

The incumbent manages emergency planning, incident response, and ensures compliance with Joint Commission and health regulations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating reports, staff training, and acting with Jefferson Police on serious incidents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years as a security/police officer, preferably in healthcare.
• 3 years of management/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Sergeant and Officers and evaluate performance.
• Manage shift administrative tasks: scheduling, reports, communications, discipline where needed.
• Oversee incident response, crowd control, and coordination with local law enforcement.
