Job summary

United Center is seeking a Security Dispatch Officer on the 2nd Shift (3:45pm - 12:00am) to help create a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for guests and team members. The role involves monitoring assigned areas, operating dispatch communications, and enforcing facility policies.

You will conduct screenings and patrols, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining knowledge of the facility and services. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Create a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Monitor CCTV, door alarms and alarm systems.
• Operate dispatch communications, respond to guest concerns, and document incidents.
• Enforce facility policies, monitor safety and cleanliness, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong knowledge of the facility layout and services.
• Conduct screenings and patrols using magnetometers and security vehicles; remain active at posts and during facility walkthroughs.
• Other duties may be assigned.
