Responsibilities

• Arranges furnishings and equipment for meetings, activities and events.
• Regulates HVAC systems to maintain appropriate temperatures and energy usage.
• Responds to safety or operational concerns to resolve issues and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Secures facilities and grounds to minimize property damage and liability.
• Cleans assigned facilities to maintain sanitary, safe, and attractive environments.
• Distributes/replenishes supplies and equipment to ensure materials reach the right people.
• Inspects facilities to ensure safe operations and identify repairs.
• Maintains supplies and equipment to stock facilities.
• Prepares facility for daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Repairs furniture and equipment as needed.
• Communicates job issues to Lead Custodian and performs related duties.
