Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write at high school level.
• Experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrange furnishings and equipment for meetings and events.
• Regulate HVAC systems for comfort and efficiency.
• Respond to safety and operational concerns to maintain a safe school environment.
• Secure facilities and grounds to minimize risk and liability.
• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Distribute supplies and equipment to appropriate parties.
• Inspect facilities for safety and maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Prepare facilities for daily operations and events.
• Repair minor fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Communicate issues to Lead Custodian and follow-up as required.
