Responsibilities

• Cleaning, washing and sanitizing of classrooms, bathrooms and offices
• Mopping, stripping and waxing of various flooring systems
• Vacuuming, shampooing and cleaning of rugs
• Moving and assembling furniture and equipment
• Handling of trash, recycling and composting
• Perform health and safety checks on buildings and grounds
• Perform security checks on buildings and grounds
• Minor maintenance such as painting, repairs and bulb changes
• Minor grounds maintenance as needed
• Available for snow removal and overtime when required
• Operate floor machines and snow removal equipment
