Job summary

Lunenburg Public Schools is seeking an evening custodian for Lunenburg Middle/High School. The role is a full-time, 40-hour/week position from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., located at 1079 Mass Ave, Lunenburg MA 01462.

Salary is $20 per hour under the local custodial contract. CORI and SAFIS checks are required before hire. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong time management and people skills, and no prior extensive experience is required beyond maintenance basics.

Qualifications

• Evening custodian with ability to work 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm Monday–Friday.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Sweep, dry mop, vacuum, wash and disinfect.
• Remove snow from sidewalks/entryways.
• Perform light maintenance.
