Qualifications

• Preferred: One year of public school experience; Two years of verifiable, paid commercial building custodial experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs floors; cleans furniture, windows, carpets, restrooms and offices.
• Moves furniture for events; secures building by locking doors and turning off lights.
• Performs minor maintenance (unclog drains, replace bulbs) and reports issues.
• Collects garbage/recycling; shovels snow and maintains grounds.
• Assists staff and community groups; adheres to safety and district policies.
