Job summary

Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead the sanitation team in our Georgia facility. You will ensure compliance with federal and state sanitation standards, supervise staff, and coordinate cleaning across production areas to maintain product safety and quality.

The role requires experience in food environments, training capabilities, and strong adherence to GMP. Eligible candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced bakery setting and support safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent preferred.
• Three to five years' related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and equipment for conformity to sanitation laws and plant standards.
• Direct cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Create and implement sanitation training plans for staff.
• Maintain accuracy of master cleaning schedule.
• Supervise sanitation employees and coordinate with maintenance.
