Cafe Valley, Inc. in Marion, IN is seeking a Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation across our state-of-the-art production facility. You will develop, implement, and maintain sanitation programs to meet company standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring cleanliness and food safety across all shifts.

The role may require off shifts and weekends to meet sanitation targets and production needs. You will work with production and quality teams to continuously improve methods and SSOPS.

What You Will Do

The Sanitation Manager is responsible for monitoring and ensuring proper sanitation throughout the facility as well as recommending improvements in manufacturing methods and sanitation practices to management. This position oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the sanitation programs and SSOPS to meet company standards, Federal, State and local regulatory requirements. This position requires the Sanitation Manager to work depending on production and sanitation requirements. Off shifts and weekends may be required to ensure all sanitation standards are met.
