Alpha Baking Co., Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead a 6+ hourly Union crew and drive sanitation programs in a fast-paced bakery environment. The role requires implementing policies, coordinating with Pest Control and vendors, and ensuring adherence to OSHA, FDA, and local health regulations.

You will conduct GMP audits, train staff, and develop cost-saving sanitation processes while supporting other departments and preparing for audits and certifications.

Qualifikationen

• More than 5 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• HACCP and FSMA (PCQI) certifications preferred.
• 3+ years as Assistant Manager or Supervisor preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience in scheduling, training, and directing cleaning crews.
• Understanding of the American Institute of Baking inspection procedures.

Aufgaben

• Maintain sanitation programs and policies and ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and health dept requirements.
• Lead a sanitation team of 6+ hourly union employees and supervise operations across shifts.
• Identify and implement corrective actions from inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with Pest Control and chemical providers; work with vendors as needed.
• Conduct weekly GMP audits and support customer and regulatory audits.
