Job summary

The Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Evening Supervisor to oversee daily respiratory therapy operations for residents on ventilators and tracheostomies, ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Under direction of Medical Director and Pulmonologist, you will supervise staff, ensure licensure and competencies, participate in care planning, QAPI, and quality improvement initiatives, and manage equipment

Qualifications

• NBRC RRT credential in good standing
• Valid Illinois state respiratory care license
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight of respiratory therapy services for residents on ventilators and tracheostomies
• Supervise, schedule and evaluate Respiratory Therapists; ensure licensure and competencies
• Ensure CMS/IDPH/OSHA compliance and participate in QAPI and quality initiatives
• Oversee equipment maintenance and supply management for respiratory services
• Collaborate with medical leadership and nursing in care plans and emergency readiness
