Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL is seeking an Experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Supervisor to oversee the respiratory therapy department. The role focuses on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff competency, and care coordination under medical leadership.

The candidate should hold NBRC RRT and IL license, with ventilator/tracheostomy care experience. Supervisory experience and strong teamwork are preferred; evening shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential in good standing.
• Illinois state respiratory care practitioner license.
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care; preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight of respiratory services for residents with ventilators and tracheostomies.
• Coordinate with pulmonologist, Medical Director, and nursing leadership on care plans.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate Respiratory Therapists; ensure licensure and competencies.
• Maintain CMS/IDPH/OSHA compliance; update policies and procedures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, cleaning, and supply management; coordinate with vendors.
