Lincoln Village Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to oversee the respiratory therapy department in the Lincoln, IL facility. The role focuses on supervision of ventilator and tracheostomy care, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration with Medical Directors and nursing leadership.

The Evening Supervisor position requires licensure, NBRC RRT certification, and strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervise respiratory therapy services for residents with ventilators and tracheostomies.
• Ensure treatments and ventilator management follow physician orders and best practices.
• Coordinate care with pulmonology and nursing leadership to implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: supervise RT services for ventilator/tracheostomy patients.
• Staff Supervision & Education: schedule, evaluate, and develop staff competencies.
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality: ensure CMS/IDPH/OSHA policy adherence.
• Equipment & Supply Management: oversee equipment maintenance and usage.
• Collaboration & Leadership: participate in care plan meetings and QAPI.
