Universal Dedicated, Inc., a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings Inc. (ULH), seeks a Route Supervisor to oversee transportation operations, service a major automotive client, and ensure driver productivity and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 0-3+ years in dispatching or logistics, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekend hours (Mon-Sat, 2pm-11pm) and Saturday bonus pay.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of experience in a dispatching, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
