Job summary

Crafty in Hayward, CA is seeking a Route Merchandiser to own client kitchens and pantries, manage deliveries, and deliver high-quality service with a smile. You will safely load and unload, drive a box truck, and keep spaces meticulously organized.

Based at the Hayward Fulfillment Center, you’ll work 5:00 PM–1:30 AM or 5:00 PM–3:30 AM across multiple shifts, with growth opportunities and a benefits package including health care, 401k, PTO, and training programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandise client offices and pantries; keep spaces organized.
• Deliver products to client locations; complete 5–8 stops daily.
• Safely drive and operate a box truck; adhere to safety protocols.
• Engage with clients and Crafty teammates onsite, delivering quality service.
• Perform maintenance and inventory tasks on equipment; follow task lists.
