Crafty in Hayward, CA is seeking a Route Merchandiser to support our San Francisco market. You will manage client kitchens and pantries, deliver to sites, and keep equipment and supplies in top condition while providing friendly, proactive service.

Expect a high-energy role with early hours, safety focus, and teamwork across Crafty locations. The position offers full-time hours in the Bay Area with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client kitchens & pantries and organized storage rooms.
• Delivery: complete 5-8 stops daily, load/unload truck, deliver to client locations.
• Safe Driving: operate a box truck; valid license required.
• Customer Service: engage with clients onsite, provide high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: routine checks, inventory tasks, budget work.
• Communication: report location needs and safety concerns, complete paperwork.
