Crafty is seeking a Route Merchandiser in Carol Stream, IL, a high-energy, customer-focused role that keeps client kitchens organized and stocked. You'll own merchandising, deliveries (5-8 stops), safe driving, and on-site customer service across Chicagoland from the Carol Stream Fulfillment Center.

This full-time, first-shift role (Mon-Thu, 4:30am–2:30pm CT) requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional 150 lbs, with responsibilities for maintenance, inventory, reporting, and collaborating with

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Own client office kitchens & pantries and organized storage rooms.
• Delivery: Complete 5-8 stops daily, load/unload truck, deliver to client locations.
• Safe Driving: Operate box trucks safely on routes; valid license required.
• Customer Service: Engage with clients and Crafty team onsite.
• Maintenance + Inventory: Maintains machines, performs quality checks, handles inventory.
• Communication: Report location needs or safety concerns; complete paperwork.
