Crafty is hiring a Route Merchandiser for our Chicago market first shift, based at the Carol Stream Fulfillment Center. You will manage client kitchens, perform deliveries across Chicagoland, and ensure safe, organized operations with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own client kitchens and pantries, maintaining organized spaces.
• Complete 5–8 daily delivery stops, safely loading/unloading.
• Safely drive a box truck to client locations with a valid license.
• Engage with clients and Crafty team onsite to provide service.
• Maintain machines and inventory, perform quality checks.
• Communicate site needs or safety concerns and complete paperwork.
