Job summary

Crafty in Hayward, CA, is seeking a Route Merchandiser to own client kitchens and deliveries across the San Francisco Bay Area. This full-time, hourly role is based out of the Hayward warehouse with deliveries throughout the SF Bay Area.

The position runs Tue–Fri, 4:00am–2:00pm PT, with duties including merchandising, safe driving, customer service, and inventory management. We offer healthcare, 401k, PTO, and snacks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise client office kitchens and maintain organized storage.
• Complete 5–8 delivery stops daily and load/unload safely.
• Safely drive box trucks on routes delivering to client sites.
• Engage with clients and Crafty teammates to deliver quality service.
• Maintain machines and perform inventory checks and upkeep.
• Communicate location needs or safety concerns and complete route paperwork.
