Job summary

Thompson Dallas, located within The National in Downtown Dallas, seeks an Overnight Supervisor to lead Front Office and Housekeeping during evening and overnight shifts. You will supervise staff, manage guest requests, and coordinate with Engineering and Security to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, coverage with a hands-on approach, and serving as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Front Desk, Guest Services, or similar hospitality role; supervisory experience preferred.
• PM Housekeeping or turndown experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Rooms Division point of contact during evening and overnight shifts.
• Supervise, train, and support Front Office and Housekeeping staff.
• Oversee PM Housekeeping duties including turndown and guest requests.
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities based on occupancy and VIP arrivals.
• Assist with overnight audit responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and hotel records.
