Job summary

The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences. You will take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery with professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Take and process food and beverage orders from guests by phone or in person.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Assist with stocking supplies and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
