Omni Richmond Hotel in Richmond, VA is seeking a Room Attendant PM responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and assisting guests. You will refresh rooms for staying guests and thoroughly clean rooms after checkout to prepare for the next guest.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and guest focus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms including beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Uphold Omni Safe and Clean processes.
• Restock and replace used items in guest rooms.
• Communicate clean status upon completion.
• Remove room service trays and tables.
• Stock supply cart and keep it organized.
• Check equipment before and after use.
• Maintain professional appearance per Omni standards.
• Respond swiftly in emergencies to ensure safety.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
