Job summary

Omni Charlottesville Hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to uphold high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms. The role includes refreshing rooms for staying guests and thoroughly cleaning rooms after checkout in preparation for new guests.

Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance are essential. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restocking amenities, and communicating room status.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms including beds, bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting.
• Uphold Omni Safe and Clean processes.
• Restock and replace items in guest rooms.
• Communicate clean status upon completion for each room.
• Remove room service trays and tables; keep carts neat and stocked.
• Ensure equipment is checked before and after use and is in good working order.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to Omni standards.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
