Job summary

Omni Richmond Hotel in Richmond, VA is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to support Guest Room Attendants and maintain Omni standards. This role helps keep public spaces and guest room floors clean while restocking supplies and handling guest requests to ensure a polished experience.

Qualifications

• Must work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Must be able to read and understand daily work assignments.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must push/pull up to 250 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve soiled linen and garbage from Guest Rooms and attendants carts.
• Maintain hallways and report maintenance issues and cleaning tasks.
• Deliver guest amenities or special requests to rooms as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly projects as assigned by supervisors.
• Clean stairwells, elevators and hallways.
• Maintain housekeeping storeroom and restock supplies.
