Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. seeks a Service Operations Technician 2 on the Swing Shift (Finance). Under general supervision, you will perform skilled maintenance, repair, and testing on complex electronic and electro-mechanical components for robotic systems, using diagnostic software and test equipment.

You'll document results and support quality processes in SAP. The role requires reading comprehension, attention to detail, and the ability to work a varying evening shift onsite at our Peachtree

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA preferred; 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; effective communication with engineers.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office; ACCS quality system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze wiring diagrams and drawings to repair FRUs and test assemblies.
• Repair complex electro-mechanical assemblies and test per work instructions.
• Document findings and assist in failure analysis and QA records.
