Intuitive is seeking a skilled technician to support Robotic Systems by repairing and testing complex electro-mechanical assemblies, FRUs, and related subsystems. You will use diagnostic software and a range of test equipment to localize issues and validate repairs.
You will document findings, participate in failure analysis, and ensure compliance with GDP and safety guidelines while maintaining traceability in SAP.

Under general supervision, follows oral and/or written instructions in performance of a wide variety of skilled technical maintenance, repair, and testing on complex digital and analog electronic components, electrical and electro-mechanical components, cable assemblies, sub-assemblies, assemblies, field replaceable units (FRU) and systems to support a wide variety of Robotic Systems. Regularly use of diagnostic software for localizing equipment and system problems, specialized testing equipment, analyzers, digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, clocks, timers, calipers, voltmeters, power supplies, rulers, and other test equipment as required.
Essential Job Duties
Analyzes wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, fab drawings, mechanical component drawings to conduct repair and testing of FRUs
Performs repair of complex electro-mechanical assemblies per applicable work Instructions Performs testing of complex electro-mechanical assemblies per applicable work Instructions
Aids with failure analysis and Final Test of assemblies and properly documents findings.
Participates in investigational teams for FRU's to provide input if required.
Communicates status of repairs with leads/supervisors and other departments as necessary.
Provides detailed symptom descriptions for failures uncovered during repair, functional test and calibration to assist in component-level troubleshooting.
Conducts quality inspection of own or other's work to ensure workmanship standards are met.
Adheres to GDP guidelines when completing all documentation Initiates material requests.
Reports quality issues and provides details necessary to create quality notification (VR, PL) records transactions in SAP as needed to preserve traceability.
Follows all corporate, safety, SOP, DOP procedures and regulations.
Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
Communicates process flow recommendations to Leads/Supervisor/Manager or designee.
Maintains an excellent attendance record.
