Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members requesting roadside assistance.
• Collect, verify and relay key details to dispatch teams.
• Enter data accurately in systems and apply correct roadside plan.
• Escalate complex situations to lead or supervisor as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet call metrics and quality scores.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely dispatch.
