Bay Shores Senior Care & Rehab Center in Bay City, MI is seeking an Evening Unit Manager RN to coordinate the clinical care on an assigned unit within the centre’s 24-hour operation, ensuring consistent, high-quality care for residents.

The RN Unit Manager will supervise the nursing team, conduct rounds with patients and staff, instruct on the skilled care process, and ensure timely reports and quality management activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for Michigan.
• CPR-BLS certification and ability to lead a team.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction and assignments.
• Conduct rounds with patients and staff to monitor care.
• Instruct on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, quality).
• Promote hospitality and excellent service to residents and families.
