Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience as a professional nurse in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a team lead role preferably in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the day-to-day clinical care team and programs on assigned shifts to promote and restore patients' health.
• Direct and develop staff, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff.
• Provide physical and psychological support for patients, families, and friends.
• Oversee compliance with care plans and quality indicators while ensuring a positive work environment.
